In addition to employees having the option to clock in and out with a card, fingerprint and pin number, the SuperTrax Time Terminal offers a Touch Screen facility.  This allows employees to record time when leaving the premises, for example business absence or a dental visit etc.  The place or type of visit can be entered along with an expected time of return allowing supervisors, colleagues and switchboard staff to know exactly what’s happening in real-time.

In a separate functionality the Job Time and Location programme records time spent on jobs, tasks and out at locations.
