Flextime Limited would like to reassure our customers that we have taken significant time to consider our business continuity plans faced with COVID-19.

Strategy / Continuity

While we cannot predict the full impact of the Covid-19 outbreak, our goal is to ensure the safety and welfare of staff, customers and colleagues and to continue to provide our services. We are confident that we can do so despite the virus outbreak and will make all reasonable efforts to continue to deliver on our commitment to you.

We are reviewing our response as the outbreak develops.

Specifically, we are:

• keeping informed of advice from the HSE and State authorities
• Implementing the recommended preventative measures – correct hand washing, coughing etiquette etc
• Informing staff regularly and posting the HSE notices
• Reviewing remote working policy and planning trials

Staffing and Support

We have planned for our office-based staff to be able to work from home in the event that there is a Government Directive for the closure of all premises (except food and pharmaceutical supplies)  or a lockdown situation or if self-isolation is necessary for an individual.   Staff have been offered the opportunity to cancel or postpone planned leave in the event of further disruption.   To minimise the risk of disruption to support services, please contact our support on customersupport@flextime.ie  or contact  info@flextime.ie  for general queries. 

Suppliers and Partners

We have spoken to our key suppliers of Hardware and Cloud Services who have assured us that they have adequate plans in place in the event of a disruption to their delivery or services.   Contingency plans are in place to ensure that staff are available to offer support in the event of issues or outages.   

Remote Working Policy

If quarantine measures or strong public health recommendations dictate that our offices are closed, we can implement remote working to ensure continued service.    Remote working is subject to the same data protection policies as are in place for normal office working.

Business Travel

All Flextime  business travel is being reduced to absolute necessity only.
